Interlude

Ok so this is going to probably piss each and everyone of you off but I DON'T GIVE DAMN. There will be no names in this story for a particular reason, so DEAL. Have fun.>>>>>>>>>

She looked at the stick that she held in her hand that read pregnant. She couldn’t believe what she was looking at, and the only thing she could do was break down in tears. She wasn’t ready to have a baby and didn't have any plans on keeping it. She also knew that HE wouldn't let her get an abortion but she still had to do something about it.

                She stared at her phone through her tears and debated if she should call him or not. She felt like he had a right to know about his child and decided to call him.

“Yo” a voice said coming through her phone.

“He-hey” she was trying to control herself so that he wouldn't hear that she was crying.

“Whats up?

”Nothing. But uhm… I have something I need to tell you” she said very low. She was scared to tell him because deep down she knew she didn’t want this baby, but she knew he wasn’t going to let her get rid of it.

“Ok, whats going on?”

“ Im pregnant”

“WHAT?” he yelled.

“I said im pregn….”

“I heard you”, he cut her off. “Ok, I didn’t mean to yell that just caught me off guard. But we’ll just work through this together”, he said.

“Im not ready to have a baby though”

“So what are you trying to say, you want to get an abortion?”

She was silent.

“Nah Fuck that. Not my baby.”

“But what are we going to tell everybody.”

“I’m not worried about them; I’m worried about you and my child now, I don't give a fuck about what their going to think.”

“But what we did was a mistake, we’re not even together and neither one of us meant for this to happen.”

“So what! That baby that is growing inside of you belongs to me just as much as it belongs to you. And I’ll be damned if I let you abort it.” He was becoming more and more frustrated at her trying to convince him to let her abort it. “Now if your still not ready to be a mother when the baby gets here then I’ll take care of my baby, and you won’t have to have no part in raising it.”

“But…”

“But nothing”, he cut her off again. “Now I have to go. Keep me updated on everything.” He hung and she dropped to her knees and just let the tears flow down her face.

                She slid down the wall and knew she wasn’t ready to be a mother and he wasn't ready to be a father. Between his life and her life there wouldn’t be no stability for the baby. She got up and walked over to her bookshelf and looked for her phone book. When she found it, she looked through it for the nearest clinic. She found the number and called.

“Hopewell General Clinic, how may I help you?”

“Hi i-im calling to schedule an Anonymous Abortion”, she said swallowing her cries.

“Ok, and when would you like to come in?”

“As soon as possible”

“Will tomorrow at 12p.m be convenient for you?”  The Receptionist asked.

“Yes that’s fine ma’am” her tears were becoming very hard to control.

“Ok well you might want to get here at about 11:30a.m so that you can get the paper work out of the way ok?”

“Ok”

“Thank you for calling, we’ll see you tomorrow.”

“Thank you”, she hung up the phone and crawled in her bed feeling horrible for what she was about to do. She laid there for hours until she cried herself to sleep.

1 Day after the Abortion

She woke up feeling light headed and in pain. She had been crying non-stop since the day she called and scheduled the procedure. What really scared her was what she was going to tell HIM! She had thought long and hard and decided to tell him she had a miscarriage yesterday and that she got checked out and everything was fine.

She picked up the phone and dialed his number.

“Hey, what’s up”, he said.

“Hey”, she said lowly almost a whisper.

“How are you?”

“I’m ok, I’m in a little pain though”

“Why whats wrong, is everything ok?”, he asked sounding very concerned. That hurt her even more.

“No not really? I had a miscarriage yesterday morning.”

“Are you serious?”, his voice got low and she could hear the hurt in his voice.

“Yes. When I woke up and went to use the bathroom I saw blood in my underwear, and I knew it wasn't my period. So I went to the hospital and they told me that I miscarried. I waited until today to call you because I had to go get myself together. I was a wreck yesterday.”

“I’m sorry you had to go through that alone and if you need me I’m here for you”, his voice was cracking and she could tell he was trying to hold back his tears.

“Let’s just not ever talk about this; I want to let it go. It’s over and gone and I don’t want to think about it, it hurts too much.”

“ I understand, but still if you need anything I’m here, just call me ok?”

“Ok”, she said.

“Talk to you later”

“Bye”

She hung up the phone and let out screams. She felt so guilty lying to him but she couldn't tell him she had an abortion. She knew he was holding back from letting her hear him cry because she could hear it in his voice. Not only was she hurting herself but she was also hurting him now and she didn’t even think about how he might feel in the end. She would keep this to herself and make sure that no one ever found out about what she did. She never thought in a million years that she would do something like what she had done. But here it was, and it was real.

*files nails* so, do yall wanna know who its is? Do yall think yall know who it is ? *shrugs* whatever. Let me know what yall think and i'll think about posting later. I haven't had shit to do all week which is why I'm posting so much, but i like the feed back and if it continues then so will I but if not.........................
